All prices are in DKK and Euro and including Danish vat of 25%, unless otherwise stated.


TRUNK Nordic ApS accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Mastercard & Visa Electron. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. TRUNK Webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction through PBS. We reserve the right to have the total amount of the order paid by bank transfer to Sydbank, Denmark. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. 

Delivery charges

Danish deliveries are free of charge on orders above 298 DKK.

Delivery out of Denmark with GLS Export


TRUNK Nordic ApS will deliver to you within 1-5 weekdays. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Defect Items 

As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.

Cancellation and returns

We offer you 14 days to regret your purchase. If you regret your purchase, we will return the amount of the goods. 

We do not pay the return freight.

Any dispute between TRUNK Nordic ApS and the customer is subject to Danish law.

Please note we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).

On returning defect items please state clearly the reason. This will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always return your package as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by TRUNK Nordic ApS.
