Product safety is a fundamental principle for us doing business and is a fundamental human right. Our products need to be safe to our consumers. This requires transparency, zero tolerance for harmful chemicals, and strict quality control.
Our products comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that is a set of EU rules designed to make sure that consumer products being sold in the EU are safe. Our products comply with REACH requirements on chemicals.
We are committed to ensuring that every product comply with consumer right to safe products and right to information and embed GPSR throughout our business.

Recall and Safety Procedures
- If any safety issues arise regarding a product, Phoenix Creations Srl will proceed with its immediate recall. Affected customers will be promptly notified via email with detailed instructions on the safe return of the product. To check for active recalls, please refer to the dedicated recall section below.
Safe Usage Instructions
- Proper use: Do not use the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
- Maintenance: Follow the care instructions and guidelines on relevant products
